Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Get started in 2 simple steps !

1. At www.portopantry.com, click on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand corner.

2. You may choose to sign up using your Facebook account or with your email address.

Fill in your particulars and click ‘Sign Up’. Shop away !

How do I place an order?

1. Select the products and the quantity you want, and click ‘Add to Cart’.

2. After you have selected all the items that you want, click on ‘Cart’ at the top right hand corner of the page.

3. Here, you may adjust the quantity or remove items if you wish to do so.

4. Once you have checked that the items and quantity are correct, click on ‘Checkout’.

How can I check if you deliver to my neighbourhood?
portopantry delivers to most addresses within mainland Singapore and Sentosa. We do not deliver to offshore islands, Jurong Island, army camps, air and naval bases, Brani Terminals, Changi Airport and Airline Road.

Orders

How do you ensure the freshness of the products I purchased?
At portopantry, our promise is to deliver high quality products to you as fresh as it can be. We store and package our products in accordance to market standards, following strict regulations like those of AVA requirements. Your orders are packed on the day of delivery and transported in carefully controlled conditions. For example, meats are delivered in a customized chilled compartment of our delivery van.
Can I make orders via the phone or through email?
We only accept orders made online via www.portopantry.com at the moment.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As we do not allow cancellations, we appreciate that customers review their order carefully before proceeding to pay.
How can I check my order status?
After signing into your account, go to ‘My Account’  ‘Previous Orders’. Here, you will be able to view your order status as well as your past orders.

Payment

What are the available modes of payment?
You may choose to pay via Visa or MasterCard.
Will my information be kept private?
Definitely! We will never release your personal information to third parties without your permission. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Delivery

How soon can I receive my order?

We provide same-day delivery (assuming the products you have ordered do not have more than 1 day of lead time).

What are your delivery timings?

We deliver from Mondays to Sundays.


Customers can choose from the following time slots (please take note of the cut-off ordering time):

• 8 - 10am (Order latest by 4pm the day before)

• 10am - 12pm (Order latest by 4pm the day before)

• 12 - 2pm (Order latest by 4pm the day before)

• 2 - 4pm (Order latest by 10am on the same day)

• 4 - 6pm (Order latest by 10am on the same day)

• 6 - 8pm (Order latest by 4pm on the same day)

• 8 - 10pm (Order latest by 4pm on the same day)


As each delivery slot has limited capacity, please place your order in advance to guarantee the slot you want.

Kindly note that we do not accept special requests for specific delivery timings.

What are your delivery charges?

Customers enjoy free delivery with a minimum spend of $100. For orders below $100, we charge a flat fee of $10. There will also be a $10 delivery surcharge for deliveries to Tuas and Sentosa.

Can I change my delivery address or time slot after I’ve placed my order?
As we do not allow any change in delivery address or time slot after you have placed your order, we appreciate that customers review their details carefully before proceeding to pay.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, a minimum order of $35 applies for all orders.

Technical

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand corner of the homepage, followed by ‘Forgot your password?’ on the left side of the page. Enter your registered email address and we will email you a temporary password.

Log in with your temporary password and you will be able to change it to your desired password.

How do I make changes to my account information (e.g. delivery address, password etc)?
Click on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand corner of the homepage. After logging in, click on ‘Account Information’ at the right side of the page and you will be able to edit your particulars here.
